I.T. Responsive started in 1998 with a mission to help small and mid-sized businesses get a quantifiable return on their technology investments. With two offices in Orange County and San Diego, they grew to provide both small, mid-sized and enterprise-level services with best-of-breed service solutions and project services. With practices in managed services, cloud services, virtualization, and infrastructure, I.T. Responsive had the team and resources to create and implement powerful and unique technology solutions for organizations.
In May of 2021, I.T. Responsive became a part of our parent company, New Charter Technologies, a family of operating companies across North America that come together to share best practices, resources, and capabilities. New Charter Technologies works with businesses across industry segments to plan, deploy, and integrate clients’ IT services using Microsoft, VMWare, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google technologies, and more. This is how Greystone Technology has come to connect with I.T. Responsive.
I.T. Responsive was different from other technology solutions providers. They were about approaching the cloud first, building partnerships, and specializing in Microsoft solutions. Their cloud-first approach meant cloud solutions that offered numerous benefits to businesses, such as the modern remote work environment accommodation, cost-effectiveness, operational efficiency, and security. For partnerships, this meant a collaborative relationship with clients in solving their problems and improving their business with cost-effective and efficient solutions; this partnership was more than a business relationship – it was evidenced in how their team communicated with their clients on a first-name basis. I.T. Responsive also believed in being experts in Microsoft solutions to help their clients navigate their digital transformation journey with greater security, mobility, efficiency, and scalability while simultaneously reducing their average client’s costs by over 31% per year.
In the beginning of 2023, Greystone Technology’s now Santa Ana team was moved to a brand-new office in the beautiful Tower 1851 high-rise building, blocks away from Downtown Santa Ana’s Civic Center, and minutes from major shopping and dining and John Wayne Airport.
